Services for operators of onshore wind turbines
Through my many years of international activities in the wind energy industry, I can offer you professional services in selected sub-areas of wind energy:
- Support in tenders and awards for new wind turbines from the large OEMs that are customary in the market, for example in the planning of new wind farms, or in repowering measures with modern wind turbines from Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Enercon and Nordex. In particular, with a focus on optimizing service and maintenance costs.
- Establishment and optimization of organizational units of national and international service units and/or installation units for wind turbines. Assist in the recruitment of trained wind energy service technicians.
- Designing and supporting the sale of wind farms or individual wind turbines. Supporting prospective buyers in acquiring a wind farm, if desired also as the sole representative of any investor. Elaborating and reviewing due diligence processes (legal, tax, etc.).
- Supporting operating companies in energy trading, marketing strategy and optimizing operating costs. Development and implementation of dashboards for operations, including the derivation of individual KPIs. Conception and support in contract negotiations with energy companies and wind farm operators.
- Support in political lobbying with authorities, committees and governments.
